LONG BEACH, CALIF. — Fourteen general rate increases have been filed for 1 September across the transpacific, most between $600 and $1,000 per forty-foot container.
Of nine forwarders polled by Seven Stars this week, seven expect fewer than half to survive the first week of the month and three expect none to hold beyond ten days.
